Saturdays NYC Summer '23 collection is a nostalgic reflection of hot summers. Taking cues from vintage heritage visuals, we reinterpret classic Americana through the Saturdays lens. Our color story reflects a heat-baked landscape beneath a cloudless blue sky, and hot summer evenings with saturated fire tone sunsets.

Life is not just about people. It is about living in harmony with nature. In the island nation of Japan, traditional wisdom called for people to live according to nature’s cycles. It is not enough to consider our short time on the earth; we must contemplate the health and prosperity of the environment that will be home to future generations one hundred and even one thousand years from now. The true meaning of environmental awareness is understanding how to interact with nature and how to live truly sustainable lifestyles.

The definition of composability under ASTM-D6400 certification obtained by WASARA states that the material will: 1) decompose into carbon dioxide, water, and inorganic compounds; 2) undergo extensive decomposition, losing its original form within 90 days; and 3) leave behind no toxic materials.

Such skillful modeling has resulted in these exquisite forms overflowing with character.
In a time when globally we are reconsidering our energy use and impact on the environment, WASARA has been designed to use all tree-free materials, specifically, bamboo and bagasse. Bamboo grows extremely fast, and is a hardy plant that is readily renewed. Bagasse is a sugarcane fiber after extracting juice from sugarcane, and approximately one hundred million tons is produced every year. While some is burned for fuel, much of it is simply discarded as waste*. However, with fiber very similar to broadleaf trees, the intrinsic properties of bagasse make it perfect as a paper base. And because it is softer and more pliable than wood pulp, the energy requirement in production is significantly reduced. Based on bamboo and bagasse, environmentally-friendly WASARA products reduce the burden on the natural environment, and can be produced without fear of exhausting our natural resources.
My son started watching movies that Mr.De Niro is in.
I am not sure how and why he started watching his movies and I decided to join the club.
We have watched Taxi Driver, Good Fellas, The Godfather, Heat, Cape fear, Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers, Midnight Run so far.
In recent years, Mr. De Niro appears with softer character and most of younger people are more familiar with De Niro in that aspect.
Robert De Niro is a great actor who devotes all his energy to create his character. But let me tell you this, after I have started watching older movies say before 1990's, you will get goosebumps. Maybe its too hard to watch and want to avert your eyes. It is not because the pictures are harsh to watch, his characters are too real, fearful, powerful.....almost cause an illusion that he is behind you in a same room.
Why people honor him so much?
