Colin Tunstall is the co-founder of Saturdays NYC, a lifestyle brand established in 2009, which sells a carefully curated selection of books, art, signature coffee blend, surfing paraphernalia, and a ready-to-wear collection. Saturdays NYC currently boasts two Manhattan store locations and two stores in Japan: a flagship in Daikanyama and second store in Kobe.
Prior to opening Saturdays, Tunstall art directed for a slew of venerable publications, including New York Magazine, Esquire, Los Angeles Magazine, and Marie Claire. At Saturdays, his distinctive eye for design helped establish the brand's refined, minimalist aesthetic. He has left his mark on nearly every aspect of the brand, from the signature "Slash" logo to the graphics on the T-shirts. His experience in publishing and design also prompted him to begin Saturdays Magazine, a bi-annual publication that features original works and Q&As with influencers from the realms of art, cinema, design, and surfing.
Tunstall currently resides in New York City.
