Hey UNITED! I have been your loyal customer for the last 20 years and the incident that we all witnessed yesterday, I distrusted my own eyes.
Is this happening always whenever you are shortages on seats?
Even actual conduct were executed by the airport securities, but UNITED was the one that gave a go ahead didn't you?
Your corporate philosophy may be a "Friendly Sky", but you have failed and proved to the world.
